CKay, Africa’s Boyfriend, is more than a chart-topper. Asides having over 6 Billion streams worldwide, he’s the pioneer of ‘Emo-Afrobeats’, a sound that merges the pulse of African music with the depth of human emotion. Born in Kaduna, Nigeria, CKay rose to global prominence with ‘Love Nwantiti’, which broke numerous global records including being the highest certified African song in U.S. history (8x Platinum), being double diamond in India and many others.

Asides having the first-ever #1 on the Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs Chart, he also had a sold out Europe and North America tour afterwords alongside numerous award nominations such as the American Music Awards, Soul Train Awards, iHeart Awards, MOBO Awards, BRITs Awards and many others. His follow up, ‘emiliana’, a smooth, summer rhythm also secured several global chart placements and certifications such as Diamond in France, Gold in Spain, Silver in the UK and hundreds of millions of streams globally.

But beyond the numbers lies a deeper story. CKay writes from the heart, channeling love, loss, longing, and healing into songs that resonate across borders. His debut album ‘Sad Romance’ gave fans a glimpse into his emotional universe. With his new album ‘EMOTIONS’, he pushes further experimenting, evolving, and revealing more of the man behind the melodies.

From vulnerable lyrics to sonic innovation, CKay invites listeners into a space where feeling deeply is the norm. This is more than music. It’s an experience.
