Atlanta-based lyricist &#64;Clyde Cyrus is a gifted artist with a story as gripping as his music. Immediately after receiving an encouraging DM from <a href="spotify:artist:3A5tHz1SfngyOZM2gItYKu" data-name="Earl Sweatshirt">Earl Sweatshirt</a>, C² went on the run &amp; served 9 months for his probation violation in 2015. Upon release, Clyde released his debut single <a href="spotify:track:70qCVgTiWHArKOMtKqq0NH" data-name="1998">1998</a> on Halloween, amassing tens of thousands of SoundCloud streams and jumpstarting his career as an ambitious teenager performing alongside hip-hop legends <a href="spotify:artist:2UBt0GWBuPVXlPisRvWzlD" data-name="Dead Prez">Dead Prez</a> &amp; <a href="spotify:artist:0UbkL4O5WmWWH8RZOweBZK" data-name="X-Clan">X-Clan</a> at his first show in Indianapolis. Cyrus kicked off the new decade showcasing autotune on Prayer followed by a fresh cycle of songs such as Sleep, EMOCEANS, &amp; What&#39;s the Point? , with credits from PRO ERA, <a href="spotify:artist:2FmSkEXgF8E6fqz6hNYIpJ" data-name="Jalen Tyree">Jalen Tyree</a> &amp; &#64;Snøw . In 2023, C² released 7 Sent, a short yet potent project praised for its lyrical focus and sonic cohesion.
