Phakoago madiboke Jimmy (born 09 September 1995), better known by his stage name DJ Jim Mastershine, is a South African music producer and DJ. Mastershine is inspired by the biggest names in the house music industry such as Black Coffee and Black motion. As a young, talented Producer / DJ born in a small village called (Ga Sekhukhune) his music career started early 2013, and before that he used to collect music from friends and hang around clubs to listen to other DJs. In 2014 he decided to start making his own music and become a DJ, he realised it was not easy to produce but he didn't give up because he loved what he was doing.
Mastershine has shared the stage with some of the best DJs/Artists from South Africa such as Problem child Ten, Da Capo, Lerato kganyago and Gaba Cannal to name but a few.
Mastershine released his first song under ‘Witdj Production’ All of this is just the beginning of his musical journey and as the music is playing his journey will never end!
