Dommin is a music recording artist and band with roots in Los Angeles, California and now haunting Nashville, Tennessee. Pioneering the Rock Noir genre, the music has enthralled listeners with a signature dark, melodic sound and emotionally-charged baritone voice. The enigmatic songwriter, vocalist and guitarist commands the stage flanked by bassist Kory Arcidino, keyboardist Riley Erickson and drummer Severance Barrineau. Dommin first garnered notoriety with their major-label debut album Love Is Gone on Roadrunner Records in
2010. The release defined a new era of underground dark rock, blending the brooding romance of Depeche Mode with the heavy, gothic edge of Type O Negative. The lead single, My Heart, Your Hands, was celebrated as iTunes’ Song of the Week, while the band earned nominations for Best New Band and Best International Artist by Metal Hammer and Kerrang! magazines. The band toured North America, Western Europe, and Australia, supporting acts like HIM, Lacuna Coil, The Birthday Massacre, Black Veil Brides, 69 Eyes, Rob Zombie, Bullet For My Valentine and Volbeat, and performing at international festivals such as Download (UK), Rock Am Ring/Rock Im Park (Germany), and Soundwave (Australia). Dommin released follow-up albums Rise (2015) and Beautiful Crutch (2016). The latest release, The Martyr (2025), is a 15-track journey that epitomizes the darkly potent essence of Rock Noir, that solidifies Dommin’s place as a torchbearer of this bold, moody rock genre.
