Dreamcoaster is the musical adventure of Brighton duo Andrew and Jane Craig, blending warm melodies and driving guitars into a shimmering, dreamy indiepop sound.
Starting life in 2018 under the name Dreams of Empire, they self-released a string of monthly home-recorded singles that formed the basis of their debut album Nothing's Ever Finished (Remastered Special Edition) (2019), released on their own Duck Race Recording Co label.
Before Dreamcoaster, the duo were part of 90s artpop band Luminous, whose album Concentrate was produced by Kramer.
Dreamcoaster’s music has since caught the ears of blogs, podcasts, and BBC Radio 6 Music, with tracks also receiving airplay across US college radio. Their first live outing, an in-store at HMV Brighton in early 2020, was quickly followed by lockdown — but the duo used the time to record their second LP, Encapsulation, released later that year.
2022 saw the return of live shows and a release on Spinout Nuggets, followed by the Say Nothing EP in 2023 and their fan-favourite single Don't Lie To Me.
Now playing live as a duo, with shows across the UK and Germany, 2025 marked a milestone year: a new album, a growing international audience, and a sound that continues to evolve.
