Swedish five piece End of Fun was created out of the ashes of the now discontinued band SKULDPADDA. After the breakup some of the members took the chance to breath a bit, and evolve musically to come together again as the new collective End of Fun.
With an uncompromising krautrock, or something they describe as dream kraut, they make music that flows between hard, industrial and soft, catchy melodies. The group refuses to exist within the confinements of normalcy. With long monotonous instrumental parts and melodies that drifts in and out of the sonic landscape, the music captures you with a tight grip that won’t let go.
End of Fun is Michaela Åberg (vocals), Johan Holm (drums), Anton Andrén (guitarr), Irma Andrén (synth), och Kim Åberg (bass). All songs are written, produced and recorded by the band themselves in their own studio.
Their debut EP ’I Feel It All, Forever’ will be out June 18th on Swedish imprint Something Beautiful.
