Born in 1993, Ethyene started to produce his own music at the end of the 00's .
His music is deeply influenced by various genres of black music, Disco and 80's synth-pop, showcasing a mature , well-informed yet distinctly personal style of sample based productions.
In 2015, he co-founded the record label Moonrise Hill Material alongside Folamour, Saint-Paul and Kaffe Crème. This led to numerous releases on notables imprints on the likes of Nervous Records, Kolour LTD.
After a break of four years during the COVID period, Ethyene made a comeback with his new label SHE (Second Hand Emotion) in 2024 and already released two projects on it.
