As their name suggests, Feral Family are hungry and relentless, it’s in their DNA. Raised in a
quiet seaside town on the East coast of Yorkshire, their visionary sound is inspired both by their surroundings and the stark sagas of Frank Herbert and Sergio Leone. Their music thunders and wails like an interplanetary apocalypse.
Multiple Top 10 iTunes charting singles have received radio support from John Kennedy (Radio X), Steve Lamacq (6Music), BBC Introducing, Amazing Radio and Total Rock in the UK alone.
2023 saw the band heaped with praise for their scintillating live shows supporting The View, the Lilacs and The Heavy North.
Debut album ‘Without Motion’ was released independently in January 2024 to critical acclaim:
An exceptional first release: Cult Following
The tools to be a break-out band of 2024: NoNewWaveNoFun
Feral Family are something different, something to get excited about: Man V Music
One hell of a debut album!: Wall of Sound
A band that is unafraid to explore the rubble and comes up with gold by doing so: Liverpool Sound & Vision
Dark, brooding, thrillingly intense: God Is In The TV
Songs of febrile intensity: the Punk Site
An endless dance in a disenchanted universe - and it feels fantastic!: Unis Son
