Francesca Cayla Castro is a singer-guitarist from Chicago based in New York City. She is known for her role as one of the Band Freaks (aka Ms. Rockwell) in the "Mean Girls" Movie (2024). She is also a guitar sub on SIX the Musical on Broadway as "Maggie on the Guitar". Her album "TWO" is a two sided release featuring original songs that is out on January 19th, 2024. Her EP "Day by Day" was released in 2019 and featured four original songs including "Cup of Tea" which has over 1M streams on Spotify. In 2021, she graduated from Berklee College of Music on a full scholarship and studied with well-known Jazz musicians including Terri Lyne Carrington, Terence Blanchard, and Peter Eldridge.
