An eerie and ethereal dance music project from producer James Greenwood, Ghost Culture swiftly gained a loyal following, going from debut single to highly anticipated debut album in under two years. Greenwood began the London bedroom project in 2013. He released Ghost Culture's debut single, "Mouth," on "invisible" (clear) vinyl that same year. Issued on <a href="spotify:artist:3jQ8hpdQo3TCEnb5gmOtH5">Erol Alkan</a>'s <a href="spotify:search:label%3A%22Phantasy%22">Phantasy</a> label, the single was well reviewed and sold out fast, as did 2014's "Arms" and "Giudecca." All three tracks landed on Ghost Culture's self-titled debut album, released in 2015. The "Safe/Multiply" single followed a year later, while 2016's Nucleus EP emphasized the links to '90s IDM and 2010s R&B in Greenwood's music. ~ David Jeffries, Rovi
