Glitch City first hit the scene in 2016 after being announced as the first signing on ‘The Prototypes’ brand new label ‘Get Hype Records’. His debut single, ‘Black Hole Skank’ was supported on UKF after receiving it’s exclusive first play from BBC Radio 1’s DJ Friction.
With a string of subsequent releases on Technique Recordings, Program and Right Good Records, Glitch City has been steadily building a reputation for explosive dancefloor weaponry, seeing heavy DJ support from the likes of Andy C, Friction, Sub Focus, Matrix & Futurebound, Sigma and Calyx & Teebee.
Standout tracks include the undiluted power punch of ‘Black Hole Skank’, the uniquely grimy ‘Spider’s Web’ and the undeniably monstrous remix of Matrix & Futurebound’s ‘Tardis’.
Glitch City has performed at various festivals including Let It Roll, Bass Sea, and Lockdown, held a residency at Fabric and featured on the World of Drum & Bass tour completing eight shows in the states with DJ SS and the rest of the WODB crew. Mixing a fierce and energetic selection of dance floor drum & bass Glitch City continues to make his mark and is a name to watch in 2020.
