Hector Roots Lewis

Hector Roots Lewis is a dynamic Jamaican artist, actor, and multi-instrumentalist redefining the sound of modern reggae. Signed to Daddi Barnz’s Cre8ive Tribe label since 2021.
His 2025 debut album Cosmic Roots marked a major breakthrough, amassing millions of streams and resonating deeply with audiences across the U.S. and globally. The project features standout singles such as Peace of Mind, Dangerous ft. Busy Signal & The Movement, and Fire ft. J Boog, all of which continue to gain traction on streaming platforms. He first introduced his solo artistry with the D’Rootsman EP in 2022, blending roots reggae, soul and conscious lyricism with ease and originality.
In 2023, Hector made his Hollywood debut in the critically acclaimed Bob Marley: One Love movie, bringing natural charisma and cultural depth to the big screen.
Hector is also featured on Dusk Till Dawn, a standout track from Tribal Seeds’ 2024 Ancient Blood album, further cementing his presence in the global reggae circuit. Hector has steadily risen through the ranks with a sound rooted in authenticity and evolution.
