Isgaard studied classical singing and came to pop and rock music through the work of Kate Bush. 2001 she first came to public attention through her participation on the album SCHILLER - WELTREISE (number 1 in the German album charts). 2003 saw the release of her first own album
GOLDEN KEY, which was created in collaboration with co-musician, composer and producer Jens Lueck. In 2004 the album SECRET GAARDEN was released, in 2008 WOODEN HOUSES. In the further course, Isgaard's music became increasingly richer in detail and more complex, the influences of Art-Pop and Art-Rock became clearer. This development continues to run consistently through her songs to this day. Since 2015 Isgaard has been an integral part of the band Syrinx Call (three albums since then) and since 2017 Isgaard has also appeared on the albums of SINGLE CELLED ORGANISM (the solo project of Jens Lueck). She can also be heard on various soundtracks composed by Jens Lueck.

In spring 2025 the new album THE WATER IN YOU will be released (with appearences of Johnny Beck, guitar player of Sylvan, and Kay Soehl, former guitar player of Sylvan and mastermind of the band vlyes).
