Born in Nelson New Zealand, 26 year old singer - songwriter Joe Cole shines his influential upbringing of acoustic folk and rock blues through an array of original music.
Having written his first song at 15, Joe has - over the years - strived for lyrics with poetic intent, and to be reciprocated by the audience with his own rustic twist.
Now based in Hawke’s Bay, he lives day to day as a musician. Writing and recording songs during the week, and travelling to different regions to play shows on the weekend.
With some early success from his previous releases ‘Tranquility,’ ‘This Town,’ and ‘Waving in the Open,’ Joe strives to strike the strings of nostalgia and bring audiences in closer with his next project ‘The Hillside,’ a five song EP set to release later this year.
