Joel Barnes, known as Joe L, a Kentucky native, is a Grammy Award winning songwriter and worship leader. He not only has a passion for song writing, but also burns to teach and equip others with the tools needed to create and release their sound of authenticity. Joe L is most known for the song, “Promises” that reignited hope and reminded many of the faithfulness of God. Also for co-writing and releasing other song titles such as “Miracles, Dancing, Yahweh We 🤍 You, and many other songs we’ve come to love. Now with the release of his debut album “The Good Shepherd”, Joe L looks to remind us that we are all in need of our heads being anointed with oil from the hands of The Father.
