Always inspired by her environment and how that affects her sense of self and identity, from her bedroom walls to fan girling to Johnny Depp on her laptop screen, Jubilee Marisa who names Hope Sandoval as her most formative influence, she penned her first song at age 8, then went on to amass a devoted following on the strength of her emotionally intimate lyrics.
Forming her own style of music by merging the essence of bedroom pop and the abundance of her honest feelings, moves Jubilee to write about girlhood and her dynamic self growth.
From posting her first demo of the song “twentysixteen” on her soundcloud, to releasing it properly on all digital platforms and having the song to be a soundtrack for “Like & Share” movie in 2022.
