Bajan singer/songwriter and producer, Jus D is a musical triple threat and has been the creative force behind some of the biggest names in Caribbean music.
Born Antonio Patrick Johnson in the parish of St. Michael, Jus D developed a love for music of all kinds as a young child. In addition to the quintessential soundtrack of Soca and Dancehall, He took to Hip-Hop and R&B music, and credits the genres as major influences in his vocal and writing style. Jus D began his career in the background; writing songs and producing for international Soca superstar, Rupee. Following Rupee’s advice, Jus D took time to develop himself as a prominent songwriter before making the transition to an artist. His signature blended style has complemented artists such as Shaggy, Alison Hinds, Shurwayne Winchester,Machel Montano,Busy Signal, I-Octane, Shontelle and Ricardo Drue, all whom is has written or produced music.
In 2017 and 2018 Jus D wrote and produced the winning Groovy competition songs in St. Martin.
Jus D also released his first Hit single entitled 9 (na na ni) which took him on tour around the world and followed up in 2018 with tracks like "Hole" "Only thing she know" and "Manager".
Jus D's song "Manager" was named the Billboard song of the summer out of barbados.
In 2019 he was mentioned in complex magazine as one of the artist to watch for the future.
