Milko

Milko, is a fresh face to the Caribbean art-form offering a refreshing international sound and a youthful, energetic energy! Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, this singer/songwriter/musician has a versatile musical repertoire that combines the sounds of the Caribbean with world music. Milko started his music career playing our national instrument – the steel pan. Milko attends the University of Trinidad and Tobago and is studying Electrical Engineering. He is inspired by his desire to be a perpetual learner and believes that education and music can change the world.


Music is his comfort, his natural calling. Milko loves all music but is dedicated to promoting the sounds of his country, the Caribbean all over the world. Milko’s breakthrough hit “Carnival to Remember” really inspired fans to remember their carnival experiences the minute fans hear the start of the song “I remember, from the moment I arrived”, they couldn’t wait to sing “if yuh see sweet woman fuh DAYS!!!!” His sound and stage presence brings such an infectious energy and a unique sound.


In 2017 Milko released his first EP entitled Class in Session; available on Spotify. He has many other hit singles like Heart Attack, Fuel, Clean, Life 101 , Nice Time, Classic One (featuring Problem Child and GBMNutron), Clean Remix (featuring Bunji Garlin and GBMNutron), Want It (on the Rebel Riddim; featuring Terri Lyons and GBMNutron), and Do My Thing (featuring GBMNutron).
