Straight out of Kingston, Jamaica,
Koro Fyah is a versatile creative blending a
soulful style of reggae, hiphop, dancehall, Jazz & other inspired genres to provide uplifting & provocative messages crafted by skillful lyricism.
Starting officially with an experimental fusion of reggae/hiphop songs on a project with friends in 2008 called Bebble Business, Koro honed is craft with his group & was eventually motivated to focus on his own solo career which lead to his debut EP released by Bebble Rock Records in 2016 titled “Rough Diamond” a well curated blend of soothing & uplifting, rocking reggae songs touching a range topics & themes of from the motivational “Journey” produced by Grammy nominated Natural High music to the heavy, bass driven Ganja anthem “Eyes red” produced by Grammy winner Kabaka Pyramid, & the reverent “New Day” he definitely delivers nothing but potency on this EP.
Since his Classic EP (which lead to him touring Europe & the US with Kabaka Pyramid), Koro has also been released solid singles over the years with songs such as “No Limits” with Irie Souljah, Faithful, Fire Blazing, In D Mood & his most recent offering “Vibing” released in November 2022 ; a dreamy/contemporary love song, beautifully composed, Vibing was produced by Green Lion Crew for their recent album “Riddim Full of Culture” which was met with great reviews locally & internationally.
Koro is currently based in Los Angeles, California working on his next project & doing live shows.
