A band consisting of four school friends, Lacuna kicked off their career to a start with the release of the EP [Incompleteness Dream] in December 2018 and reached out to a wider audience in 2019 by taking part in the Mint Paper’s [bright #8] compilation album and Grand Mint Festival 2019. The band’s name is taken from the fictional company in the film ‘Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind’, Lacuna Inc. Lacuna’s music conveys surreal scenery that even they have yet to reach. They employ a fairy-tale voice that requires imagination and imagery, in order to tell the story of lonely yet daydreaming youth. Their dreamy, sometimes extremely bold music and storytelling gradually lead listeners toward an inescapable labyrinth. Lacuna have most recently released their 4th EP [Summer Tales], an album consisting of awkward but honest confessions of love.
