Leadは、谷内伸也、古屋敬多、鍵本輝からなるダンスボーカルユニット。
終始踊り続ける持久力とキレのあるダンスが魅力の実力派グループ。
大阪のダンススクールで中土居宏宜・谷内伸也・鍵本輝の3名が出会い、路上ライブを開始。その後、現在の所属事務所主催のオーディションで選ばれた福岡県出身の古屋敬多が加わり、4名でLeadを結成する。大阪のストリートパフォーマンスのメッカであった大阪城公園内・通称「城天」では、最高7,000人の動員を記録。話題騒然の中、2002年7月31日に平均年齢14.5歳の若さで、シングル「真夏のMagic」でデビュー。2013年3月をもって、デビュー以来11年間に渡ってリーダーを務めた中土居が卒業。2013年4月よりオリジナルメンバー3名でLead第2章のスタートを切った。2014年以降はメンバー自身が楽曲制作により深く携わるようになり、それぞれが作詞・作曲を手掛けた楽曲も数多い。
Leadの真骨頂といえばライブパフォーマンス。
2004年より毎年ライブツアーを開催しており、連続記録を更新中。
舞台やミュージカル出演など個々の活動もめざましく、そこで得た演劇の要素をメンバー自らプロデュースするLeadのステージにも盛り込むなど、終始歌い踊り続けるだけではないステージパフォーマンスは年々進化を遂げている。高い身体能力を活かし、アクロバットを取り入れたダンスパフォーマンスにも定評がある。

Live performance is the true value of Lead. Since 2004, they have been holding a live tour every year, and they are updating their continuous record. Individual activities such as stage performances and musical appearances are also remarkable, and stage performances that are not just singing and dancing all the time are evolving year by year, such as incorporating the elements of the theater that the members themselves produce into the stage of Lead. Taking advantage of his high physical ability, they have a good reputation for there dance performance that incorporates acrobatics.
