I used to feel like I was being consumed by my own thoughts. I had gotten so good at overthinking everything that it caused me to spiral downward into a continuous judgmental and mostly, sad state of mind. Luckily through practicing positive thought and allowing myself to live a more mindful life, I’ve found my enlightenment back. This shift in thinking has inspired me to celebrate my creativity and start my ambient music project by the name of Líom.
Liom means ‘with me’ in Irish and I chose this name to invite you to explore the depths of my soul with me, translated through ambient soothing sounds.
