Low Hummer are a six piece band based in Hull, England.
Formed as a collective in 2019, the East Yorkshire band spent it’s first year camped in a practise room behind the city’s synonymous venue The New Adelphi Club, before writing, recording and releasing their debut record ‘Modern Tracks For Living’ through Dance To The Radio (<a href="spotify:artist:78Gq4ZUZW4rFbOy6ejqFto" data-name="¡Forward Russia!">¡Forward Russia!</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:0EzsHuJxUDcfqSqvoPhKG4" data-name="Far Caspian">Far Caspian</a>) in October 2021.
A tour with <a href="spotify:artist:2uH0RyPcX7fnCcT90HFDQX" data-name="Manic Street Preachers">Manic Street Preachers</a> followed, and in 2022 Low Hummer performed at both SXSW and Reeperbahn Festival having played Leeds and Reading Festivals the year prior.
The band (Aimee, Steph, Daniel, John, Joe, Daisy) are currently writing and recording their sophomore album for release in 2023.
