This is the music project of multi-instrumentalist and producer Mel Angelo Mendez. From Cagayan de Oro City, PH, he also writes and performs all his songs.
The music project began with the first EP <a href="spotify:album:2UQbJQ5NCEgWc9ZgUK2IYL" data-name="For This One Girl">For This One Girl</a>, a blend of R&B and indie rock released in 2020, inspired by indie acts like Los Retros, Dayglow, and boy pablo.
In 2021, the project leans towards indie pop, releasing two singles <a href="spotify:track:1vnfBAxMPBAdwGSU4M6gUu" data-name="'Cause It's You">'Cause It's You</a> and <a href="spotify:track:3DAkZ1zKnyi1EtR1XyjI6B" data-name="Down">Down</a> leading up to his debut album <a href="spotify:album:6W0TI91PEo4QbNSskZgIpH" data-name="Means and Extremes">Means and Extremes</a> in July. The album's main narrative is driven by self-reflection and unrequited love.
In 2022, he released "The Grand Scheme", a soft rock/pop album that concludes the For This One Girl storyline.
