Midnight Cinema is an incarnation of the gold-selling, <a href="spotify:playlist:2GdyK6yadK2Gv90VJsBrYl" data-name="VH1 YOU OUGHTA KNOW">VH1 YOU OUGHTA KNOW</a> band, <a href="spotify:artist:0gHWXdaWQObi1A6C1rzgRM" data-name="Thriving Ivory">Thriving Ivory</a>. Singer Clayton Stroope aka "<a href="spotify:artist:4Zz8OfzUOaNr7B2pQch3do" data-name="City Wolf">City Wolf</a>", guitarist <a href="spotify:artist:0bS1CIdVFzWXmkNtsDeoXw" data-name="Drew Cribley">Drew Cribley</a> and drummer Paul Niedermier formed the band and forged a new sound in the wake of the success of Thriving Ivory. Their 2013 self-titlted EP was released on Wind-Up Records. Their followup full-length album Lightning In A Bottle was self-released in 2014.
