A Copenhagen based singer/songwriter, film composer and radio host who emerged around the turn of the century and was critically acclaimed as well as commercial successful.

From 2007 to 2011 Mikael joined Trentemøller and played over 180 concerts covering 4 continents, including gigs at Roskilde, Glastonbury and Coachella festival.
Mikael is a part of the spoken word trio Vi Sidder Bare Her with the voice of filmmaker Jørgen Leth.

Mikael has also featured playing live with Peter Sommer, Nils Frahm, Devendra Banhart, Nulle & Verdensorkesteret, Mellemblond and Love Shop.
Remixes have also been on the agenda doing Peter Sommer, Kashmir, Choir of young believers, Jakob Bro and many others as well as contributing playing bass and guitar on remixes of Pet Shop Boys and Depeche Mode.
Since June 2013 Mikael has voiced a radio morning show on Danmarks Radio.
