MONSTA X is a six-member boy group formed under Starship Entertainment in 2015 through the survival program NO.MERCY. Known for their powerful performances and genre-blending sound of hip-hop, EDM, and pop, the group has built a global reputation as one of K-pop’s strongest live acts. Members SHOWNU, MINHYUK, KIHYUN, HYUNGWON, JOOHONEY, and I.M actively participate in their music production, showcasing their growth as versatile all-round artists.

With the release of their first English-language album All About Luv in 2020, MONSTA X became the second male K-pop group to chart on the U.S. Top 40 and the third to enter the Billboard 200 Top 10, peaking at No.5. Their follow-up English album The Dreaming (2021) also entered the Billboard 200 at No.21. Beyond music charts, they have performed at major festivals including iHeartRadio Music Festival, Jingle Ball, and Life Is Beautiful, and collaborated with artists such as French Montana, Steve Aoki, and Sebastián Yatra.

Celebrating their 10th year, MONSTA X continues to redefine their artistry with confidence and maturity. They have proven themselves as a trusted global brand, balancing raw energy with a refined sound. Their latest release, the 13th mini album THE X (2025), further cements their legacy as leaders in K-pop who keep evolving on their own terms.
