At age five, Nat Vazer began writing horror stories and learning classical piano. Raised on old Beatles records and second-hand literature, the Asian-Australian artist - is best known for her haunting lyricism and existential indie — building worlds through song.
Vazer has been nominated for The Australian Music Prize across two studio albums and described by The Music as 'one of the best songwriters of our generation'. She has performed at SXSW Austin, NYC's New Colossus Festival, Folk Alliance Montréal, Zandari Festa in Seoul and has supported Parquet Courts' A. Savage, Vacations, #1 Dads, Last Dinosaurs, The Magic Numbers, Ian Moss (Cold Chisel) and more.
Her latest record Strange Adrenaline was nominated for Best Independent Pop Album at the 2024 AIR Awards after debuting at #15 on Australia's ARIA Vinyl Charts.
