Panthero Toney (Leiden, December 13, 2004) is a Dutch artist and producer with deep musical roots. As the son of Rossano Toney from the legendary duo Ross & Iba, he grew up in a family full of musicians. His career began at a young age with the music video Papa Hoedje, which brought him national recognition and even landed him a spot on Kids Top 20.
