Hailing from Moga in Punjab, 19-year-old Param is quickly emerging as one of the most exciting new voices in Punjabi music. Known for her raw energy, lyrical honesty, and fearless individuality, she’s carving out a space of her own.

Param’s love for music began early, singing at school functions as a child. Despite losing hearing in one ear, she never let the setback define her, instead, she channeled her energy into music, going on to win multiple youth festival competitions during college.

In June 2024, inspired by classmates writing and rapping their own songs, Param began crafting her own lyrics and melodies. A few months later, she spontaneously freestyled at a local cypher in Moga. A video of her performance went viral, amassing over 5 million views and earning recognition from major Punjabi artists.

This breakout moment led to a major opportunity: a deal with Collab Creations, the influential London-based label led by producer Manni Sandhu. Signed in April 2025, Param released her debut single “Famous” with Chinna in July, receiving overwhelming praise for her distinct voice, confident delivery, and unfiltered style.

Now working closely with Manni Sandhu on new music, Param is building a career rooted in authenticity. Her lyrics speak boldly to young women from modest backgrounds, rejecting glamorised industry norms. With momentum on her side, Param isn’t just rising — she’s redefining what it means to be a modern Punjabi artist.
