Pointbreak is an alternative metal band from Manila, Philippines. Their debut single was 'Try?', released in 2023 under Archipelago Records. Followed by 'Taiwan', the only song of Pointbreak that has lyrics in their native language 'Tagalog', and their 3rd and last single under Archipelago Records 'Cashmere'. The band has just released their new single 'Emily' on November 22, 2025 featuring the bands newest members and sound. Their music is a blend of Nu Metal with Shoegaze elements and lyrics about romance and the melancholic side of life.
