Proof is the solo project of Kansas City producer Maxwell Griffith. Maxwell's first exposure to the world of pop music came during the first-ever Grammy Museum Music Revolution Project where he was given the nickname "captain hook". Maxwell briefly left KC to study jazz guitar at the Frost School of music, but returned to KC and began working at local studios and clubs. Developing his producing and songwriting chops by working with emerging bands, Maxwell stepped into the forefront by writing and producing 5 tracks displaying a cross-section of modern pop.
