歌い手“R”とボカロP・新進気鋭のクリエイターによるプロジェクト「R+...」（読み：アールプラス）。
2021年7月にリリースした1st Digital Single「doubt」がSpotifyバイラルチャートTOP50にランクインするなど、デビュー作から話題となる。
注目のコンポーザー"南雲ゆうき"、正体不明・声帯不明のボカロP”立椅子かんな”、bizなどの著名ボカロPからも楽曲提供されるなど、注目を集めている。オリジナル5曲目となる「非可逆転PLAN」は、イラストレーターとして沼田ゾンビ氏を迎え入れ、豪華なチーム編成となっている。
meiyo氏 作詞・作曲・歌唱feat.によってリリースをした「しよっか。」が、Tokyo Super Hits!、Spotify急上昇、バイラルTOPチャート、などのプレイリスト入り。2022年には12ヶ月連続、17曲をリリースし、精力的な活動を展開。24年は活動を控えていたが、2025年11月19日には久々となる新曲「グレイ」をリリース。2026年以降は毎月新たな楽曲リリースを予定しているなど、更なる大物クリエイターとのコラボレーションと共に今後の展開に期待が集まる。
