Resplandor is a Netherlands-based shoegaze band, blending shoegaze with ele-
ments of post-punk and post-rock. Their latest albums, Tristeza and Pleamar, were
produced by Robin Guthrie (Cocteau Twins) and mastered by Simon Scott (Slowdive).
The current lineup features Jomie Bagchus, Antonio Zelada, and Minne Davids.
In 2025, Resplandor kicked off the year with sold-out shows in Amsterdam and Paris, followed by standout performances in Berlin, Rotterdam, Leiden, The Hague, Düsseldorf, Kraków, Katowice, Antwerp, Utrecht, Malmö, Copenhagen, and at the legendary Wave Gotik Treffen festival. They also joined LSD and the Search for God for two memorable sold-out shows in Utrecht and Paris. The band continues their EU Tristeza Tour in 2026, with upcoming headlining dates in London, Berlin, and Amsterdam.
Resplandor performed their latest album Tristeza as the opening act for The Cure in 2023, as part of The Cure’s Shows of a Lost World Tour, and previously supported them in 2013. The band has appeared at renowned festivals including Wave Gotik Treffen (Leipzig, DE), Grauzone (The Hague, NL), Automatic Noise (Amsterdam,NL), SXSW (Austin, USA), Culture Collide (Los Angeles, USA), Half Die (Rome, IT), and Veltrac Music Festival (Lima, PE).
Throughout their career, Resplandor has toured extensively across Europe, South America, and North America, sharing the stage with iconic acts such as The Cure, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Slowdive, Drab Majesty, The House of Love, and many others.
