It all began in 1996 when two little trolls, Daniel and Tomas, tried in vain to assert themselves in the social game extravaganza known as high school. Tomas didn’t own a computer and was, according to contemporary standards, nothing. Daniel had at the time begun over 650 songs of which three were nearing completion using Fasttracker2.
Tomas, had only one wish; to be a member of Daniel’s demo scene group. This was inconceivable as he didn’t own a computer. Bitter as this may seem, the story had a happy ending.
After the nerds 1999 went separate ways after graduating Daniel thought: “Nice, now I can focus on my music instead of listening to Tomas’ constant nagging about software drivers that never existed.” In 2003 there was a knock on Daniel’s door. Daniel opened the door. There he stood, this persistent sore of a man. “Hi” Tomas said. “Should we start a band? I can sing.”
This was lie of dignity, songs like “Plastic Dudes” and “Raise your little hand” were recorded. The band’s success was a fact, not in terms of sales, because the songs only existed on a borrowed studio computer. Without a warning, Tomas said “music video”. All great artists have music videos.
Daniel ordered him to make an animated Lego music video. 1,500 hours later the video 8-bit trip was on Youtube.
Now after several years of low activity we will enter the music industry with a whole other confidence. We will deliver in different genres and style. We will make what we think is unexpected and fun.
