Shanti’s phenomenal output is a result of his youth. He played his first club in Amsterdam at the age of 13, earning the nickname "Juvenile".

Since then, <a href="spotify:artist:5av2hVO2IklrDkvi484xk0" data-name="Shanti Matkin">Shanti Matkin</a> has shaped his early recordings alongside the first wave of trance pioneers, resulting in dozens of releases on established psytrance labels such as Spun Records, Phonokol, BNE, HOMmega, Spiral Trax, Iboga, Neurobiotic, Phantasm, Dacru, United Beats, Tip Records, Alien Records, Sink87, Proton Brazil and Dreamstate (Insomniac), as well as touring the world playing major trance events and festivals.
