Shirazee is an artist/singer-songwriter from Benin, West Africa.
Growing up in Ghana, South Africa, the UK and France and is now living in Los Angeles.

Creating in genre-bending spaces has led him to working with the likes of Ty Dolla $ign, Kranium, K-pop mega group Girls' Generation and even legendary superstar Sting.

LOST, Shirazee’s latest EP, channels his curious explorer spirit, giving listeners a sonic world tour by fusing unexpected beats from various genres, while also telling a personal story through artful lyricism. Blending Eurodance melodies with Afrobeats, to catchy sounds from South Africa’s Kwaito genre, he reworked an Afropop version of Sting’s classic “Englishman in New York”, which led to a collaboration with the Sting himself.

Currently working on his debut album which he promises “will be full of unexpected surprises and a culmination of what you’ve heard from me on both EPS and more”.
