Silent Despair is a death/groove/hardcore metal band based in Corpus Christi, Texas. The group was started by drummer/guitarist Steven Garcia and guitarist Cory Lichtenberger. They were later joined by vocalist Jake Raines and bassist Cameron Rosier. Drawing influences from various metal subgenres, Silent Despair infuses their own unique twist and intensity into each record.
