Steven Wilson is one of contemporary music’s definitive auteurs. A six-time Grammy nominee and founding member of Porcupine Tree, Wilson’s last three solo albums have all been top 5 in the UK. His eighth solo album The Overview is a 42-minute, two-track conceptual epic where Wilson takes the listener on a Kubrickian journey into the darkness of outer space, seeing humanity for what it really is – tiny, insignificant, dwarfed by cosmic distances involving billions of years.
