SUBMERGED creates turbulent chaos music: grooves that pulse with offworld dimension codes, basslines built from synthetic alien growth hormone, overlaid with atmospheric melancholia.
Beginning as a drum & bass DJ in Washington DC, he founded the world-renowned OHM RESISTANCE label in 1999 — a vinyl-only DnB outlet that evolved into a global nexus of sonic experimentation.
After relocating to Brooklyn in 2003, Submerged began forging cross-genre collaborations that became ritual:
• Method of Defiance (w/ Bill Laswell, Toshinori Kondo)
• The Blood of Heroes (w/ Justin Broadrick, End.user, Dr. Israel, Balázs Pándi)
• Death Cube K (w/ Buckethead)
• Distortion 12" (w/ Kool Keith & Scorn)
A world-touring DJ (USA, UK, DE, KZ, AU, BR & more), he now operates from Tallinn, Estonia — exploring tempos and sonic themes both within and beyond drum & bass.
