Thandeka Nompumelelo Mkhwanazi, Known as Tdk Macassette born and raised in Woodland, Montclair Durban the warmest city by the beautiful coasts of Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa. She had the opportunity to start her career off at the age of 14 years old at Ukhozi fm doing a kiddies show every Saturday morning between 7:30 and 8:00am and pursed her love for dancing, where she grew her love for performing arts, where the name TDK MACASSETTE came about. She was also part of HHPs biggest tours in Gauteng where she opened his show amongst many other female dancers.
She began her singing career with the likes of DJ Maphorisa who discovered her, Sjava and DJ Buckz when she created the song idea Gooshehse Somnika, which has inspired her till this far to work even harder with her creativity in music and creativity. She has shared stages with the likes of DJ Cndo, Zakwe, DJ Tira, DJ Maphorisa, DJ Buckz and Cassper Nyovest. She also has a latest single called Left Right, where she furthers her talents with her creativities.
