Teeth of the Sea is a psychedelic rock band from London, England. Initially comprised of Sam Barton, Mike Bourne, John Hirst, and Jimmy Martin, they were inspired to forge forth in search of oblivion unknown after experiencing an epiphany during a Wolf Eyes gig. After the release of their January 2009 album ‘Orphaned By The Ocean’ on Rocket Recordings John Hirst left the band, to be replaced by Mat Colegate. After Mat's departure in 2017 Teeth Of The Sea became the trio of Sam Barton, Mike Bourne, and Jimmy Martin, releasing Wraith in 2019 – featuring ‘I’d Rather, Jack’ produced by Erol Alkan – and Hive in October 2023.
