Tom Tripp is a grammy nominated singer, songwriter & record producer from London. He started producing and writing songs at the age of 12. After taking a step back from professional acting in late 2016, Tom uploaded a self written/produced demo named "Aurelia," on soundcloud. The song captured the attention of the music blogosphere & major labels. British R&B artist <a href="spotify:artist:7aFTOGFDEqDtJUCziLVsVC" data-name="Nao">Nao</a> heavily supported the track and gave the song an official release on her Little Tokyo label in early 2017. Tom then wrote and featured on the song 'Helpline' for <a href="spotify:artist:5Q81rlcTFh3k6DQJXPdsot" data-name="Mura Masa">Mura Masa</a>'s debut album which went on to be nominated for 'Best Dance Album' at the 2017 Grammy Awards. Making a then 22 year old Tom, a Grammy nominated Singer/Songwriter. He then later released his debut EP, RED, via his own Prime Sound label that October.
After months of being the centre of a major label bidding war, he was picked up by Geffen Records in the U.S. and Polydor in the U.K. in time for the follow-up lead single, "Loving You More," in May 2018. The song was the first single off what was meant to be his 2nd EP 'BLACK' which was pulled for release due to Tom's mental health battles fighting depression and suicide. Tom later joined <a href="spotify:artist:59oA5WbbQvomJz2BuRG071" data-name="Jungle">Jungle</a> for their 18' UK tour.
FLAG EP, arrived in 2019 and included the self produced single "Glow" which was later featured in the 3rd season of the Netflix Original hit series 'On My Block'. This catapulted the song and reached number 14 on the US Shazam charts and 30 in the Globe.
