Founded in 1999, Twisted Measure is Elon University’s oldest co-ed a cappella group.
Since its creation, Twisted Measure has recorded 7 studio albums and has enjoyed performing at various events at Elon and beyond, including a number of featured collaborations with other a cappella organizations during the group’s annual Fall Break tour.
As a tradition, the group has always performed barefoot. Why? Going shoeless seems to bring a little more "sole" to the music.
In the past few years, the group has toured Atlanta, GA and Baltimore, MD among other destinations, and released a number of singles including covers of Sam Smith's "Too Good at Goodbyes", Bon Iver's "Heavenly Father" and Allen Stone's "Sleep". TM is proud to share its music with fans around the world, with nearly 50,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and 7.1 million YouTube views on their cover of Sia's "Chandelier".
Most importantly, Twisted Measure is a group of friends who love to sing together.
