Viviane Audet, who first wowed audiences as an actress in theatre, television and film, has been enjoying an impressive career as a composer for over a decade. Her credits include the original scores of feature films Camion, Les rois Mongols, Arsenault et fils, Dis-moi pourquoi ces choses sont si belles, and La petite et le vieux. She also composed the music for the television series Temps de chien and Le monde de Gabrielle Roy as well as the documentaries Polytechnique : ce qu’il reste du 6 décembre and Lafortune en papier.

In parallel, Viviane is an accomplished singer-songwriter, both as a member of folk band Mentana and as a solo artist. Her third album of original songs, Les nuits avancent comme des camions blindés sur les filles (2023), received many award nominations.

A versatile and multidisciplinary artist, Viviane unveiled her first solo piano album Les filles montagnes in 2021, which was warmly welcomed. She is currently working on a second neoclassical piano opus, which is set for release in early 2025.
