Music to transport you to another world... or at least to a field of wildflowers with a gentle breeze blowing through the trees.
We are Char and Steve, the two halves of <a href="spotify:artist:6bN45WFcpPaxtX2UCFufx9" data-name="Whalebone">Whalebone</a>. We met over 20 years ago through a shared love of guitars and have been writing, composing, and recording acoustic guitar music rooted in the woods, meadows and green lanes that surround our tiny studio in Shropshire ever since. We are passionate about creating beautiful, moving and melodic music that is strongly influenced by our home near the River Severn and hope our music can carry you to the wild places that surround us.
