Drawing from Italo disco, '80s new wave, and art-pop, London-based duo Wooze first dropped their infectious blend of electro-pop in 2018 with the release of Hello Can You Go.
Formed at the tail-end of 2017 in South London, the duo -- Theo Spark and Jamie She -- first teamed up at Brixton art-space Muddy Yard. Within a year the duo had perfected their mix of '80s-indebted Italo disco and new wave-inspired electro-pop, releasing the single "Hello Can You Go." The tracks "Ladies Who Lunch with Me" and "Party Without Ya" followed, with the band also becoming a regular in the underground London live scene. 2019 saw the release of their debut EP, what’s on your mind? ~ Rich Wilson
