A Sound of Thunder delivers a unique and exciting blend of classic heavy metal, progressive, and rock. The fiercely independent group of four has become Kickstarter's most successful metal band of all time with good reason: the band has stuck together for over 15 years, working tirelessly a growing body of work and always putting the music and fans first.
With first class musicianship all around, the band's not-so-secret weapon is vocalist Nina Osegueda. Standing only 5' 1", the diminutive singer packs the vocal wallop of someone twice her size. Described as a "heavy metal Swiss army knife", Osegueda moves effortlessly from delicate whisper to overwhelming power, with the occasional banshee wail thrown in for good measure! Founder and guitarist Josh Schwartz, bassist Jesse Keen, and drummer Justin Finger round out the Thunder-family, bringing precision playing and a love for all things metal, rock and progressive.
