Adana Project is an Armenian symphonic metal band formed in 2014 by brothers Aris and Arin Karamian, who began their journey in Tehran, Iran where dreams of forming a metal band were nearly impossible. In 2005, they returned to their ancestral homeland, Armenia, to bring that vision to life.
Known for fusing cinematic orchestrations, folk-rooted melodies, and progressive metal arrangements, Adana Project creates powerful compositions that reflect cultural identity, resilience, and timeless emotion. Their music pays tribute to the past by reimagining traditional Armenian songs, while also forging ahead with original material that speaks to the modern soul.
