Culturas is one of the most distinctive Tejano bands around and since making their self-titled debut album in 1992, have earned numerous regional awards. All five band members were born in Crystal City, TX, and all are bilingual. They are led by Delia Gonzales. They usually record with Manny Music and are distributed by WEA Latina. Their second album Culture Shock went gold and produced such major hits as "Loco, Loco" and "Golpe Traidor," both of which have been made into music videos.
